COMPASS / READINESS ASSESSMENT
Is your organisation
ready to navigate?
The Compass Readiness Assessment explores six conditions that determine whether navigation logic can take root: strategic clarity, leadership behaviour, capability understanding, evidence flow, execution environment, and system learning.
Eighteen questions help reveal the pattern across these conditions. The assessment can be completed individually as a first read, or used by a leadership team to compare perspectives and discuss differences. The pattern across the sections matters more than the total score.
Before you start
Every question is written in the same direction: higher agreement signals greater maturity. If you are uncertain how to score a question, choose the lower number. It is better to underestimate readiness and move carefully than to overestimate it and undermine the trust the model depends on.
